Whats for dessert?
I got creative and came up with a recipe for a chocolate, strawberry "crepe." Best part was that it was only 104 cals opposed to a real nutella and strawberry crepe being 390 whopping cals.
1)Spray pan and place tortilla in the pan. Spray the tortilla with spray butter and sprinkle with cocoa powder and stevia. Flip occasionally so both sides are browned and have cocoa powder.
2) place ricotta cheese on one side of the tortilla, then drizzle with Walden Farms Chocolate sauce, fold edge of tortilla over ,and then let the cheese melt slightly.
3) then take the "crepe" out of the pan, drizzle with more chocolate sauce and top with desired fruit.

Grilling isn't just for guys!!
Thank you Mr. George Foreman for making my life so simple!! It's never been easier to whip up a quick, yummy, and healthy dinner. I wish I could give you a hug!! Think again if you think you will see me outside by the big boy ( actual manly grill) grilling. The thought of having fire blow up in my face and burn my perfectly tweezed eyebrows makes me a little frightened to use the actual manly grill, so I get my grill on inside with my lovely George Foreman grill.
Today I grilled asparagus, green peppers, and cinnamon apples to go with my scrambled egg flatbread wrap. Wowzers!!! so yummy!
Another yummy dinner made by yours truly...... top pic is zucchini, tomatoes, and chicken mixed with Walden Farms tomato basil sauce. It was so tasty. The boys ( dad and bro even got seconds...score!!!)

Bottom pic is a stuffed mushroom. Ground turkey, brown rice, spinach, and Walden Farms tomato basil sauce made this dish delectable!!

Get yo' sweat on!!!
Spinning is one of my absolute Fav workouts!You def get your sweat on and burn up those calories. Lights off, music pumping, and sweat dripping!! Makes you feel like you are in a workout music video, or at least it makes me feel that way. One of the most entertaining instructors I have had actually gets off of his bike and comes around to your bike to add a little motivation, fist pumping, and jarvisms( sayings/singings....yes, he actually sings ,well, more like raps to us!!) "No whining, no whining" ...." I work hard, 'cause I want to" ...."I'm sexy and I know it" are some of the Jarvisms that we here throughout class!!
